Urban Champion Arrives in 3D

For this week’s downloads update from Nintendo, the Big-N has released a 3D version of the NES classic Urban Champion, onto the Nintendo 3DS’ eShop today.

The game, which requires that players knock their opponents down a manhole within a time limit, includes 2-player action, and is available for $4.99.

Another big hit, in the form of Flight Control, which is an iPhone favorite from Firemint, jumps onto the Wii in the form of WiiWare.  Players take control of an air traffic controller in order to ensure that aircrafts land safely before colliding with one another and includes drop-in, drop-out multiplayer for up to 4 players.  The game is available for 500 Wii Points.

Mumbo Jumbo’s Build-a-lot, which has been a popular PC game and also available on iOS devices, arrives in the eShop as a DSiWare title for 800 DSi Points (or $7.99 on the 3DS).

Also joining the fray this week is Zoonies: Escape from Makatu (DSiWare) and Blockado – Puzzle Island (DSiWare). The Nintendo Video section has also been updated to include Jason Derulo’s “It Girl” music video, as well as UYUYU! and Duel videos.
