What?! A new beta coming out! Yes, it’s the beta testing for Scarlet Legacy, a new MMORPG that is open now. Players have various new additions to try out in this beta version of Scarlet Legacy:

• Ten new levels
• Couples system
• Pet system
• Level cap of 40
• 60 new options for skill leveling
• Ten new martial arts stances
• Two new in game stores offering over 180 extra items
• 115 new craft recipes
• More drop designs
• And 75 new quests

There is also a guild competition with $40,000 USD in cash prizes. Guilds will have to compete for the top ten spots in ranking as of today. The top guild will receive $15,000 in cash prizes, $10,000 in cash, and $5,000 in Campus Credit. The other nine guilds will receive the remaining $25,000 dollars.

• Two new zones: Turbo Lakeside and Xing City
• A new area of the Practice Tower: Furnace Cave (Levels 31-39
• A new dungeon: Mumbling Temple (Levels 37-40)

New events also await players including the Master’s Challenge and Cavalier’s Deathmatch. Magic Mirror followers will also see Level 31-40 Princess dialogue. Three new pets have level 31-40 pet levels along with accompanying talents. The couples system will allow players to pair up and gain special in-game perks, bonuses, abilities, and some romance.
