Walmart Price Drops the 3DS Early

Many gamers are now reporting that their local Walmarts have begun selling the Nintendo 3DS for $169.99, ahead of schedule.

Nintendo has a price drop in place for August 12 nationwide, while Walmart.com is already accepting pre-orders for the lower price as well.

So if you’re in the market for a 3DS, today might be a good day to drop into your local Walmart to pick one up.
