New All-Zombies DLC for Black Ops: Rezurrection

Had enough of zombie mode for Call of Duty yet? Yes? Then this need not apply to you. To the rest of you who are still blowing heads off of the undead the folks over at Treyarch have something new up their sleeves.

Looks like there will be a standalone zombie DLC called Rezurrection that will focus on an all new level called Moon which pits the players against zombies on, you guessed it, the Moon. It will be the climax of the zombies series and the first at which the players get to fight off hordes of zombies that’s not on Earth. There will be new outrageous weapons, high-tech gear, and even more crazy undead killers to shoot holes into.

Other than Moon, the contents for the Rezurrection DLC will also contain four re-mastered versions of previous zombie levels: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese (the level that started the craze). Also a new enhanced soundtrack with three never before released for purchase tracks, and a Zombie Moon theme.

Players who purchased Black Ops Hardened or Prestige Editions and already own the four re-mastered maps the Rezurrection DLC will be available to them at no extra cost. For everyone else, it will be 1200 Microsoft Points.

Also, with the upcoming releases of Rezurrection and Call of Duty XP, the team at Treyarch will be hosting a Double XP over the Labor Day weekend.

Rezurrection will be scheduled for a release first on August 23rd for 1200 Microsoft Point on Xbox Live.
