Talia Al Ghul Confirmed in Batman: Arkham City
That’s right, Talia Al Ghul has been confirmed as a character in the upcoming Batman: Arkham City, and as you can see, she’s looking pretty good. Comic book fans may remember her as the rebellious daughter of the nefarious Rhas Al Ghul (played by Liam Neeson in the Nolan-directed Batman Begins), the Demon’s Head or leader of the League of Assassins, made immortal by the rejuvenating power of the Lazarus Pits which may also cause bouts of madness. More recently, comic book legend Grant Morisson has made her the mother of Bruce Wayne’s son (the current Robin) Damien Wayne, although by what means is uncertain (one night tryst? madness of the Lazarus pit?). Fortunately, that continuity flop probably won’t be making it into the game. Oh, and the voice actor behind the she-devil is Stana Katic, a star of ABC’s Castle, which I have never heard of, but hey, here’s a picture of her:
Comments:
Something about her reminds me of Shredder’s daughter in the TMNT show. Anyway, the Al Ghul’s having any presence in this game is fine by me!
