$1.58 Million Dollars Donated to the Japan Earthquake Relief Effort by Playstation Users

Despite the Playstation Network being hacked a few months ago, Playstation Users have been generous enough to donate their hard earned dollars to the Earthquake Relief Effort. The Playstation Store offered custom themes in exchange for a donating to the effort. The total money donated as of last Wednesday was $1.58 million dollars.

Although these people had no obligation to donate anything to the relief effort, they did and showed that we gamers care.
