by on July 21, 2011

This week’s Nintendo Downloads update brings with it a brand new 3D Classics title in Xevious!

The highly popular vertical-scrolling shooter gets a 3D makeover (much like Excitebike) with 16 areas to visit and the goal of destroying as many targets as possible.  The game comes with a $5.99 pricetag.

Nintendo has also put out a reminder in the eShop that the Nintendo Video service is coming soon.  The service will deliver 2D and 3D videos in music, comedy, animation and from Hollywood.

As for the games, today’s update includes Antipole ($4.99), Kung Fu Dragon  ($1.99) and Trollboarder ($1.99) as DSiWare titles.

Additionally, the Wii gets Bobby Carrot Forever (800 Wii Points) via WiiWare.
