Have you played Mother 3 with the English patch? If so, what are your thoughts?
I have. I think it’s a wonderful game. A part of me still prefers Mother 2, of course that’s probably nostalgia talking, but it’s still a great game.

Never knew this existed, very interesting once again! Never fully played through Earthbound to be honest. I just got bored with it eventually lol. Maybe I should give it another try sometime.

Me too :D. And yes, it’s a mega pity o_o. It’s also a pity that Mother 3 wasn’t released over in the states :/, or mother 1, or mother 1+2 XD.
There was one point in my life where I tried to teach myself to read Japanese just so I could play import RPG’s; no joke! I gave up when I realized what a friggen weird language it is. Anyway, great video dude.

i’ve been watching these all day while i investigated luigi’s absence in sm64…boy did i get sidetracked xD but at least im far from bored 😀 i dun like earthbound tho, it just didn’t snag my attention the way rpg’s usually do. i also didn’t get the story to it. a boy who meets aliens and has psychic powers…dont try to explain x.x
