When Unity, the new Assassin’s Creed game that releases this year, was presented at Microsoft’s E3 conference the main focus was on the game’s newly introduced 4 player co-op mode. It seems this will be the only online component the game will have when it releases.

During a presentation of Assassin’s Creed: Unity on a Twitch stream (@ 2:23:20), the Senior Producer of the game, Vincent Pontbriand, has revealed that this new game in the series won’t be including any type of PVP modes, which were first introduced in Brotherhood. He did make it sound like competitive multiplayer might be reintroduced post-launch, maybe via DLC, but it wasn’t anything certain.

How does this information make you feel about the game? Where you enjoying Assassins’s Creed PVP modes? Will the co-op missions be enough for you?
