Just got back from playing Ravaged with some of the developers who apparently don’t know what a microphone is, but love to do all that cheap shit that you see in current FPS titles like Battlefield 3 and CoD: use N00b Tubes, fly overpowered helicopters, and everyone’s favorite – spawn-trapping. As far as the looks are concerned if you’ve seen rage, than you’ve already seen Ravaged. This is a game that emphasizes on driving as well as Traditional FPS style gameplay. The FPS controls work pretty good for the most part. I was able to do well with my xbox 360 controller as well as my keyboard/mouse combination. Unfortunately the driving controls are UNFORGIVABLE. The majority of the time I was in the drivers seat, I felt like I was fighting the controller just to get from point A to point B. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO FIGHT YOUR CONTROLLER TO PLAY A NEXT GEN GAME! Spawn trapping is the worst. every time I spawned, the enemy was waiting for me at the spawn point. Bottom line: Ravaged would have been great without the air support and the spawn trapping. If said issues can be fix, Ravaged will make an excellent addition to your action game library, but until then…RAVAGED needs a lot of help.

That driving does look pretty bad.It appears as if they were focused on style over substance.

Had hopes for this game, but obviously isn’t quite ready yet. Hope it gets tweaked to enhance the experience.

This is still in beta phase, so hopefully they can get these issues fixed. I was hard on this video because I want this game to be good. One more thing I should have mentioned is that there is no single player campaign. If you’re going to make a post apocalyptic game, it should have a back story; otherwise people are going to look at this as Rage multiplayer. I really hope the developers watch this video and take what I say to heart.
