It’s not fun when companies don’t get together. Apple’s maps app doesn’t want to work and galaxy line phones may be taken off the shelves. However it seems one particular quibble between Google owned Motorola and Apple is biting the dust.
Bloomberg T.V. tweeted today that Motorola has dropped the case where it was asking to ban imports on devices made by Apple due to several alleged patent infringements. Why Motorola dropped the charges is unknown. They could have either been unprepared, realized the case was hopeless, or aliens. Yep.
It’s really been a turf war ever since all this patent flinging started. Google may lose some ground in the war because of this misstep.
