New XCOM: Enemy Unknown Interactive Gameplay Trailer

2K Games and Firaxis have just released a new Interactive trailer for the upcoming XCOM: Enemy Unknown. This game should not be confused with the upcoming first person version of the game which is still under development. In this top down real time action game, you will be in control of a squad of soldiers and complete missions against an alien threat.

If you are are on of the die hard fans of the series. this will be a great way to get immersed into the world of XCOM all over again. It might not be the hardcore strategy game that we knew from yesteryear, but we will soon enough find out if it can hold a candle to its predecessor.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is set to release on October 9th on the PC, 360, and PS3. In the meantime, look to see if you can get your team to win in the video.
