Snoop Lion First Revealed in Tekken Tag Team Tournament 2 Music Video
When Snoop revealed his name-change from Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion this week, it certainly surprised longtime fans.
However, Snoop technically revealed his new monicker back in June, when he released a music video for Namco Bandai’s Tekken Tag Team Tournament 2.
You can see the video above and hear him say “Snoop Lion, Bob Marley reincarnated” at the 2:19 mark.
The game itself is coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3 on Sep. 11 of this year.
