Yet again Andriasaang brings us news from that alien world called Japan. A translated Famitsu article revealed that Square Enix is going to bring a new RPG to the world. Thought that’s not all dear readers.
This new IP will not be chained to any one console, in fact it seems players will be able to pick the game up and play it anywhere. Heading this project will be Ryutaro Ichimura, best known for his work on the Dragon Quest series.
The best guess we can give here is that the RPG will be browser based but then again Square could allow for cloud based gaming with this new IP and have it playable on consoles in conjunction with mobile devices and tablets. Who knows?
