The highly anticipated Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 has a release date, and unfortunately it wasn’t August 21, or October 2012, it is now January 15th, 2013. Developer, City Interactive, announced today that they were delaying the release to add “polish” to the game. While there is nothing wrong with having a polished game, one can’t help but wonder if this is simply a delay to prevent a holiday season battle with the likes of Resident Evil 6. At this rate, City Interactive is going to have created very, VERY high expectations. Here’s hoping they live up to them in January.
