
The uDraw may still be causing THQ headaches.
Holzer Holzer & Fistel, a Georgia law firm, is investigating THQ for possibly misleading investors about the interest of the uDraw, according to Gamasutra.
The firm states that THQ withheld info about the decreased demand and made “false and misleading” statements.
If this proves true, the company could have violated various federal securities laws.
