
Announced at today’s WWDC ’12 keynote, Apple announced that the current generation models of Macbook Air and Macbook Pro are getting new hardware updates. Both are getting Intel Core i5 and i7 options, up to a 2.7 GHZ quad-core i7 for the 15-inch Macbook Pro.
Macbook Air models will be given integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics, 4 GB of RAM (up to 8 GB) and a 720p Facetime HD camera. Macbook Pro models get the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650m graphics and up to 1TB hard drives (or 512 GB SSD). Both variations of models feature USB 3.0 ports as well.
