
Nintendo has today released its first patch for a Nintendo 3DS, as Mario Kart 7 has received Update Ver. 1.1.
The new patch fixes some multiplayer exploits, particularly in the Wuhu Loop, Maka Wuhu and Bowser Castle 1 tracks.
To get the update, you will need to have a full version of the game, as the download does not contain the game itself.
Nintendo says that the update will be required starting on May 16 in order to play online, though single-player and local multiplayer will still work without the update.
