
According to Gamasutra, Motorola has won a sales injunction against Microsoft, as part of a lawsuit that alleges the company (Microsoft) infringed on patents owned by Motorola Mobility.
That means that Microsoft cannot currently sell the Xbox 360, Windows 7, Internet Explorer or Windows Media Player due to supposedly infringing on playback and video coding patents. A U.S. court is scheduled to deliberate over that matter next week.
A final decision will then be rendered on the entire lawsuit this August.
