Pikmin 2 Coming to Wii with New Play Controls

It seems Nintendo of America plan to release Pikmin 2 for Wii in the USA as part of the New Play Control series, which are Gamecube classics redone with Wii Remote and Nunchuck controls.

With Pikmin 3 set to be revealed at E3, it looks like Nintendo wants to keep the series fresh in the minds of fans.

The latest issue of Nintendo Power says the game will come out some time in June 2012 a few weeks after E3. However, Nintendo of America says they are not announcing anything at this time.
