EA is for the first time, giving players the ability to rent their own multiplayer servers for Battlefield 3 on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Battlefield has a long standing history of offering server rentals, but only for PC gamers until now.
This of course will allow server admins to create their own customizable games in both private and ranked matches.
Renting a server can be done quite quickly and directly from the game’s main menu, and you can do that starting today.
